PRP

PRP, or platelet rich plasma, is a form of regenerative medicine used as a nonsurgical treatment for strains, sprains, arthritis, and neuropathy. The PRP procedure involves drawing the patient’s own blood to separate the healing factors, and is then injected into the area of complaint to facilitate healing. The body calls upon its own stem cells, as well as other growth and healing cells to treat a variety of conditions. This procedure is done in the office and typically takes only 15-30 minutes.

PRP is an excellent alternative for those who have been suffering from chronic pain, sports injuries, or symptoms associated with neuropathy. Because this procedure involves using the patient’s own blood, it is completely safe and effective.

What makes our PRP different? Our PRP contains Accelerate GF, which is a highly concentrated dose of growth and healing factors, making it a suitable treatment for patients of all ages. PRP can be used in conjunction with a stem cell injection, or can be used as a stand alone treatment.
